一、回顾“八五”,成就令人瞩目1.邮电业务量和业务收入(1)邮电业务总量达到71亿元,完成“八五”计划指标的173%,年均增长48%,远远高于“七五”年均增长20%的发展速度.(2)邮电业务收入完成64亿元,五年平均增长51%.(3)全省函件总量达5.25亿件,年均增长9.2%;特快专递达到800万件,年均增长121%;邮政储蓄余额将达到130亿元;电话客户达到306万户,年均增长57%.
