本文介绍了我国图书馆建设中著作权管理的现状,分析了合理使用制度在数字图书馆著作权保护中的作用,并就数字图书馆著作权的问题提出了保护策略。
This paper introduces the status quo of copyright management in the construction of library in our country, analyzes the function of fair use system in the copyright protection of digital library, and proposes the protection tactics on the copyright of digital library.
