用兔肺泡巨噬细胞测试系统,以国产标准石英(Q.S)为对照,选用细胞半数致死浓度(LC50)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性等指标,研究了GBW04101—GBW04105(No.1—No.5)5种标准铀矿样粉的体外细胞毒性。结果表明:国产标准石英毒性最强,1号和2号铀矿粉次之,3号和5号铀矿粉毒性较弱,4号铀矿粉毒性最弱。该工作可为定量评价粉尘样品的细胞毒性提供简便的方法。
