医院档案管理是医院管理中一个重要的环节。目前新的医疗改革措施的推行对医院管理水平提出了更高的要求。医院档案管理工作也迫切需要进行改进并完善,档案管理也受到越来越多的人的关注,因此医院档案管理要紧紧跟上时代的发展步伐,和医疗改革的措施相配套。本文阐述了新医改下医院档案管理的现状,并说明了医院档案管理的重要性,提出了医院档案管理的改进方法,促进医院服务水平的提高。
Hospital file management is an important part of hospital management. At present, the implementation of new medical reform measures puts higher requirements on the hospital management level. Hospital file management also urgently needs to be improved and perfected, and file management also receives more and more people’s attention. Therefore, the management of hospital records should keep pace with the development of the times and match with the medical reform measures. This article expounds the status quo of the hospital file management under the new medical reform, and explains the importance of the hospital file management, puts forward the improved method of hospital file management, and promotes the improvement of the hospital service level.
