随着中国在贸易规则制定及贸易争端解决等方面对世界贸易组织参与程度的加深,有关世界贸易组织法教学的论文也逐渐增多,然而基本上都将研究的重点放在了双语教学上,且未对本科及研究生教学进行区分。世界贸易组织法本身的复杂性决定了其教学也应该分层次、分阶段逐步展开,法学专业本科生作为接受世界贸易组织法教学的最初受众,应着意培养其专业兴趣,搭建世界贸易组织法体系框架、针对重点规则进行深入浅出地分析,通过案例对规则进行启发式思考,重视国际公法基础知识对WTO教学的作用,充分发挥双语教学的功能。
As China deepens its participation in the WTO in the formulation of trade rules and the settlement of trade disputes, the number of papers on the teaching of the World Trade Organization has also gradually increased. However, most studies have mainly focused on bilingual teaching and There is no distinction between undergraduate and postgraduate teaching. The complexity of the WTO law itself determines that its teaching should be carried out step by step in stages and hierarchically. Undergraduates of law major should take the initiative to cultivate their professional interests and establish the World Trade Organization legal system as the initial audience to accept the teaching of WTO law. Framework, analyze profound theories in simple language for the key rules, heuristic thinking through rules on the rules, pay attention to the role of the basic knowledge of public international law in WTO teaching, and give full play to the function of bilingual teaching.
