在信息时代,企业中层管理者们面临信息激增而大量陈旧知识不断被淘汰的问题,也就是面临着如何快速高效学习的问题,这是企业中层管理者们无法回避的。在科学领先时代,作为企业中层管理者必须加快学习的步伐,提高学习的效率和效果。所以,如何激发他们的学习兴趣,使他们在我要学的情境下不断拓宽知识面,扎实的学好本领。
In the information age, the middle managers face the problem of the surge of information and the obsolescence of a large amount of obsolescence knowledge, that is, the problem of how to learn quickly and efficiently, which is unavoidable by the mid-level managers.
