异常Q 波是诊断心肌梗塞的重要依据,但某些疾病使心肌处于代谢紊乱或严重缺血时,也可出现 Q 波。我们最近遇到一例广泛前壁及下壁心肌缺血历时4天异常 Q 波的患者,男,58岁,间断性胸痛、胸闷6天,加重一天为主诉,于1987年3月20日住院。入院前感间断性左胸压榨性闷痛,并向左肩放射,发作时伴冷汗,服速效救心丸、吸氧后可缓解。1987年3月20日下午上述症又发
