最近,石家庄市对新建成的住宅进行调查,发现有59幢砖混住宅楼墙体普遍裂开,有裂缝的住宅达10万平米以上。由于墙体裂缝,降低了房屋的整体刚度,并且会造成屋顶漏雨。因而房屋建成后,影响按时交付使用和甲乙方的正常结算。值得注意的是裂缝量大面广,具有普遍性。这就引使有关建筑设计、施工部门要研究墙体开裂的原因和防裂措施。
