目前，我国生产使用的小麦品种品质较差，其加工品质不能满足生产要求，以致于目前优＿质面包等食品的制作要依赖进口国外的强力面粉。为满足市场需要，我们进行了专用小麦及普通小麦的品种对比试验，从中筛选出适宜我市种植的优质丰产专用小麦新品种，为我市春小麦优质、高产、高效作物发展提供种子保障。
At present, the quality of wheat varieties used in China is poor, and the processing quality can not meet the production requirements, so that at present, the production of foods such as yogurt and bread depends on the strong flour imported from abroad. In order to meet the needs of the market, we conducted a variety of special wheat and common wheat comparison test, selected from the city suitable for planting high-yielding specialty wheat varieties for the city of spring wheat high-quality, high yield, high-performance crops to provide seed protection.
