合作学习是当代主流教学理论与策略之一。其特点有小组目标、个人责任、相互依赖、交往互动等,是认知发展理论的实际运用。合作学习以学习小组为基本组织形式,以小组合作为主体,以团体成绩为基本评价依据。教师在合作学习中的关注焦点,要从如何指挥学习者服从教师的管理、完成教师的要求,转变为如何保持合作学习的正常进行、如何恰当地处理学习者之间的意见冲突以及如何调整学习者之间的依靠关系等问题上来。
Cooperative learning is one of the contemporary mainstream teaching theories and strategies.
