针对截齿齿体的结构特点,提出了采用3种温挤压精密成形工艺成形截齿齿体。分别为镦挤工艺成形普通轴对称类截齿、浮动组合模具镦挤工艺成形局部大尺寸类截齿和镦挤联合采用径向挤压工艺成形旋翼类截齿。根据不同工艺和模具特点,设计了截齿齿体温挤压精密成形快换模具系统总体结构,实现了不同上、下凹模成形不同截齿,并且上、下凹模可以根据截齿的具体型号和尺寸进行更换,无需其他模具零件。并进行了温挤压精密成形实验研究,分析了成形后截齿的微观组织。结果表明:温挤压精密成形快换模具系统适合于成形各类截齿,且成形齿体表面质量高、模具成本低、模具更换时间短,显著提高了生产效率。
According to the structural characteristics of the tooth body, three types of temperature extrusion precision forming technology are adopted to form the tooth body. Respectively for the upsetting extrusion forming common shaft-type cutter, floating composite die upsetting process for forming large-size section of the cutter and upsetting extrusion radial extrusion process forming rotor type cutter. According to the different technology and the characteristics of the mold, the general structure of the quick-change precision die-forming mold system of the pick-tooth body temperature extrusion was designed and the different upper and lower die forming different picks were realized. The upper and lower concave molds could be designed according to the specific model And the size of the replacement, no other mold parts. The precision extrusion forming experiment of warm extrusion was carried out and the microstructure of the pick after forming was analyzed. The results show that the hot extrusion precision forming quick-change mold system is suitable for forming all kinds of picks, and the surface quality of the formed tooth body is high, the mold cost is low, the mold replacement time is short, and the production efficiency is remarkably improved.
