目的:观察白细胞介素6(IL-6)对人单核/巨噬细胞系(THP-1)细胞表面Toll样受体4(TLR4)表达的影响。方法:流式细胞仪检测不同浓度IL-6(0ng/L、10ng/L、100ng/L、1μg/L、10μg/L、100μg/L)干预THP-1细胞24h,以及10μg/L的IL-6干预THP-1细胞不同的时间(0、3、6、12、24、48h)后细胞表面TLR4的表达水平。结果:各浓度IL-6均能不同程度的促进细胞表面TLR4的表达(P<0.05),以10μg/L组干预最为显著(P<0.01);10μg/LIL-6干预不同的时间后均可促进其表达,以干预24h后的差异最显著(P<0.01)。结论:IL-6可以促进人THP-1细胞表面TLR4表达,且具有一定的浓度和时间依赖性。
Objective: To investigate the effect of interleukin-6 (IL-6) on the expression of TLR4 on the surface of human monocyte / macrophage cell line (THP-1).
