为观察总义齿咬合平面定位设计与患者咀嚼功能的关系,作者选择10名无牙颌患者,每个患者各作四副总义齿,其中一副义齿(标准义齿)的咬合平面平分颌间距离且与耳屏鼻翼线平行,其它三副义齿的咬合平面以上中切牙近中切角为基准向后上、向后下、向侧方(左右方向)倾斜5°。测定患者戴各义齿时的咀嚼次数和咀嚼效率,发现患者戴标准义齿自由咀嚼时,单位时间内的咀嚼次数最多,咀嚼效率最高。该结果提示:总义齿的咬合平面平分颌间距离且与耳屏鼻翼线平行最有利于无牙颌患者咀嚼功能的发挥。
In order to observe the relationship between general positioning denture planar positioning and patient's masticatory function, the author selected 10 edentulous patients and each patient made four general dentures. The occlusal plane of one denture (standard denture) Parallel to the trailing edge of the alar ridge, the other three dentures occlusal plane above the mid-incision incision angle as the basis backwards, backwards, lateral (left and right directions) tilt 5 °. The number of chewing and masticatory efficiency of each denture were measured. It was found that the patients chewing with standard denture had the highest number of chewing and chewing efficiency per unit time. The results suggest that the total denture occlusal plane bisects the maxillary distance and parallel with the tragus alar line most conducive to the edentulous patients with masticatory function.
