众所周知,教育领域中图书馆一直是不可或缺的一部分,然而传统的图书馆管理模式已经难以满足当代社会的发展要求和发展趋势,现代化管理如今被应用于各个领域之中,并且发挥了很好的作用,因此我国不断在利用现代管理理念来完善图书馆管理。本文通过查阅相关资料,简要介绍了将现代管理理念应用于图书馆管理中应遵循的标准,并提出了行之有效的将现代管理理念应用于图书馆管理中的相关措施,以期能够为我国图书馆管理方面的发展提供有价值的参考。
