南方,身体健壮结实,皮服黑里透红,双目乌黑闪亮,友一股英武之气。在足协杯决赛的第二个回合中,北京国安队来泉城挑战济南泰山队,记者有幸与南方相识,小伙子热情地接受了我的采访。南方于1973年12月15日出生于北京,自小与足球结缘,对足球的喜爱达到了如痴如醉的地步,艺痴者技必良,南方的球技在小伙伴中出类拨翠。上小学三年级那年,南方入选崇文区业余体校。自此后,南方的足球生涯真是顺风顺水。1988年入选北京少年队,1990年入选北京二队,1995年,北京国安队的主帅金志扬将南方招至麾下,成为一名职业球员。说到这里,南方激动地说:“成为一名职业球员,是我梦寐以求的理想,如今美梦成真,当时的那种高兴劲就甭提了,好象前面铺满了约丽多姿的鲜花。”
