蛇床子、总香豆素能明显抑制醋酸所致的小鼠扭体反应;可显著增强阈下催眠剂量的戊巴比妥钠对小鼠的催眠作用;也能明显提高咖啡因的小鼠半数致死量;对蟾蜍离体坐骨神经有传导麻醉作用;并可明显延长常压缺氧小鼠的存活时间。
Cnidium monnieri and total coumarin can significantly inhibit the writhing response induced by acetic acid in mice; it can significantly enhance the hypnotic effect of pentobarbital sodium in mice under the threshold hypnotic dose; it can also significantly improve the caffeine in mice. Lethal dose; have a conduction anesthetic effect on the isolated sciatic nerve; and can significantly prolong the survival time of normoxic mice.
