近年,国内已将川芎提取出有效成分,其中主要成分为四甲吡嗪(Tetramethylpyrazine)又称川芎嗪,并有人工合成品。对川芎嗪的实验研究和临床应用效果,报导不一致,为了解川芎嗪对缺血心肌的作用,我们以心外膜电图为主要指标,在狗身上进行了实验研究,以证实川芎嗪对急性心肌梗塞的缺血心肌范围是扩大还是缩小。从而解决在急性心肌缺血时,应用川芎嗪是否有利于心肌氧供求的平衡,以便获得合理的治疗效果。
In recent years, Chuanxiong has been extracted from China as the active ingredient, and its main component is tetramethylpyrazine (Tetramethylpyrazine), also known as ligustrazine, and there are synthetic products. The experimental study and clinical application of ligustrazine have been reported inconsistent. In order to understand the effects of tetramethylpyrazine on ischemic myocardium, we took epicardial electrogram as the main index and conducted an experimental study in dogs to confirm that the tetramethylpyrazine was acute. The extent of ischemic myocardium in a myocardial infarction is enlarged or reduced. To solve the acute myocardial ischemia, the application of tetramethylpyrazine is conducive to the balance of supply and demand of myocardial oxygen in order to obtain a reasonable therapeutic effect.
