教师与学生是学校组织中的两大最基本群体,班主任是学校教育中的特殊角色,肩负着比一般教师更重的责任。因此,班主任工作在学校教育中具有突出的地位,起着举足轻重的作用。建立以培养创新精神和实践能力为核心的素质教育体系,必须牢牢把握班主任创新素质的培养这一个主题,也就是要建设一支高素质的创新型班主任队伍。
Teachers and students are the two most basic groups in school organization. The head teacher is a special role in school education and shoulders more responsibility than the average teacher. Therefore, class teacher’s work has a prominent position in school education and plays a decisive role. To establish a quality education system that focuses on cultivating innovative spirit and practical ability, we must firmly grasp the main theme of the development of the quality of the class leader’s innovation, that is, to build a high-quality innovative class teacher team.
