公务员激励机制是我国公务员制度的重要组成部分,随着我国市场经济的完善,机构改革的深入,各级政府机关行政部门及其公务员肩负的职责非常重大,人民群众对公务员的期望也很高,如何充分调动公务员的工作积极性,完善公务员激励机制是提高公务员素质、提升政府效能、满足百姓期望的迫切要求。本文从目前公务员激励机制的缺失入手,分析现存的问题,探讨如何进一步完善我国公务员激励机制的对策。
The civil service incentive mechanism is an important part of the civil service system in our country. With the improvement of the market economy and the deepening of institutional reforms in our country, the duties and responsibilities of the administrative departments and their civil servants at all levels of government are very significant. The people’s expectation of civil servants is also very high, How to fully mobilize the work enthusiasm of civil servants and improve the civil servants incentive mechanism is to improve the quality of civil servants to enhance the effectiveness of government to meet the urgent expectations of the people. Starting with the current lack of civil servant incentive mechanism, this paper analyzes the existing problems and discusses how to further improve the incentive mechanism of civil servants in China.
