1999年10月,我区某医疗单位的社区医疗服务站发生一起超剂量接种流行性脑脊髓膜炎多糖疫苗53名儿童的预防接种事件。现将调查结果报告如下。1 事情经过 1999年10月11日,我区某社区医疗服务站护士在为儿童接种流行性脑脊髓膜炎多糖疫苗时,严重违反预防接种技术操作规程,错误稀释疫苗,为53名儿童在上臂三角肌附着性皮下注射了超剂量的流脑疫苗。其中初种14名儿童、复种39名儿童。
