在位置式电控燃油分配泵电控单元的设计基础上 ,对发动机工作Map数据的建立和优化作了研究 ,并将该电控泵与江西五十铃 4JB1发动机进行匹配试验。利用电控的优势 ,通过改变发动机的油量Map和提前角Map从而控制油泵供油量和喷油正时 ,改善柴油机的稳态精度和动态响应。
Based on the design of the electronic control unit of the position type electronic controlled fuel distribution pump, the establishment and optimization of the working map data of the engine was studied. The electronic pump was tested with Isuzu 4JB1 engine in Jiangxi province. The use of electronic control advantages, by changing the engine oil map Map Map and advance to control the pump fuel supply and fuel injection timing, improve the steady-state accuracy and dynamic response of the diesel engine.
