住宅建设是全国人民关心的一件大事,党和政府非常重视并为改善人民的居住条件做出了巨大努力。十一届三中全会以来,我国的住宅建设取得了很大成绩,1979年到1990年用于城镇住宅建设的投资共2837.19亿元,占建国以来城镇住宅建设总投资88.47％。其中,国家用于住宅建设的基建投资为1845.71亿元,占同期基建总投资的15.5％,共新建住宅14.57
Housing construction is a major concern for the people of the country. The party and government attach great importance to it and make great efforts to improve people’s living conditions. Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee, China’s housing construction has achieved great results. The investment for urban housing construction from 1979 to 1990 was 287.719 billion yuan, accounting for 88.47% of the total investment in urban residential construction since the founding of the People’s Republic of China. Among them, the national infrastructure investment for residential construction was 184.571 billion yuan, accounting for 15.5% of total infrastructure investment in the same period, a total of 14.57 new residential construction
