患者女,50岁。因腹胀20余天,加剧1周就诊。无阴道出血。1年前确诊为“甲亢”,经抗“甲亢”药物治疗好转,2周前自行停药,出现阵发性易怒、烦燥。查体:右侧甲状腺Ⅰ°肿大,质韧,无结节及触痛,未闻及杂音,左侧甲状腺无肿大。心率98次/min,律齐,腹部膨隆,肝脾未触及,移动性浊音阳性
