水泥混凝土路面碎石化技术以效率高、成本低逐渐成为国内一种重要的处治技术。通过对旧水泥路面碎石化前后的断裂力学分析,依据有限元分析,通过改变碎石化层中两个主要分层的粒径层厚度和粒径模量,对比分析碎石化前后路面和不同破碎程度的应力场变化,研究认为碎石化后表层的拉应力小于级配碎石的情况,表明碎石化后水泥混凝土板块优于级配碎石的力学性能;分析不同的破碎程度对加铺层应力的影响了,发现碎石化下层厚度在8~12cm左右时,碎石化表层拉应力与内部粒径间咬合作用力最佳,起到发挥结构性支撑强度与防止反射裂缝的作用。
