研究乌贼墨对小IL—2(interleukin—2)的诱生作用。用乌贼墨连续5d给予BALB/c,小鼠灌胃后,取其抗凝血,分得淋巴细胞,制备IL— 2待检上清,通过 MTT([3─(4,5— Dimethylthiazol— 2yL)─2,5diphenylt etrazolium bromide])比色法测其IL—2分泌活性。结果表明:致敏后24h小鼠血液中 IL—2活性升高达50%以上,与对照组比较有明显差异(P<0.01),持续至48h开始呈下降趋势,96h后恢复正常。证实口服乌贼墨为诱生小鼠IL─2的唯一途径。
To study the effect of sepia on the induction of IL-2 (interleukin-2). After being given BALB/c for 5 days using sepia ink, the mice were given intragastrically and anticoagulated blood was collected to obtain lymphocytes. The supernatant of IL-2 was prepared and passed through MTT ([3—(4,5—Dimethylthiazol—2yL) )-2,5diphenylt etrazolium bromide]) colorimetric assay for IL-2 secretion activity. The results showed that the IL-2 activity in the blood of mice was increased by more than 50% at 24 h after sensitization, which was significantly different from that in the control group (P<0.01). It continued to decrease until 48 h and returned to normal after 96 h. It was confirmed that oral squid ink is the only way to induce IL-2 in mice.
