目的:探讨532nm激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变进行治疗,对疗效进行评估。方法:随机选取我院2008年12月~2013年7月于眼科收入院,并行视网膜光凝术的患者40例,80只眼睛,采用532nm激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)进行治疗,采用视网膜光凝术。以糖尿病视网膜病变的分期及分级分别行全视网膜光凝术、标准视网膜光凝术(S-PRP)以及超全视网膜光凝术和格栅样光凝、局限光凝。术后对患者进行随访3个月,跟踪视力变化情况及病情的恢复情况,当病情加重或者是复发,可再次补充激光治疗。结果:糖尿病前期视网膜病变患者(PPDR)组中,有效数目为42只眼睛,有效率为95%,PDR组中有效率数目为29只,有效率为80%其中高危期的为12只眼睛,有效率为60%,非高危期的为18只眼睛,有效率为82%。结论:532激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变,是一种切实有效的治疗方法,得到临床验证。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of 532nm laser on diabetic retinopathy. Methods: Forty patients (80 eyes) with retinal photocoagulation in our hospital from December 2008 to July 2013 were randomly selected and treated with 532nm laser to treat diabetic retinopathy (DR). Retinal light Condensation surgery. Total retinal photocoagulation, standard retinal photocoagulation (S-PRP), and ultra-total retinal photocoagulation and grid-like photocoagulation, and localized photocoagulation were performed respectively in stages and grading of diabetic retinopathy. Patients were followed up for 3 months after surgery, follow-up changes in visual acuity and recovery of the condition, when the disease aggravates or relapsing, laser treatment can be added again. Results: In PPDR group, the effective number was 42 eyes, the effective rate was 95%, the effective rate was 29 in PDR group, the effective rate was 80%, of which 12 eyes were in high risk stage, The effective rate was 60%, non-high risk for 18 eyes, the effective rate was 82%. Conclusion: 532 laser treatment of diabetic retinopathy, is an effective treatment, clinical validation.
