随着市场经济的迅速发展,催发了人们的功利意识,打工、下海、跳槽等一个个由市场经济繁衍的新术语,不再是山村人的专利,它正以异常博大的诱惑力,刺激着工薪族人们的大脑。一个辞掉铁交椅、甩掉铁饭碗、辞掉工作的热潮,正一浪高过一浪。辞职办公司当经理,辞职打工挣钱,成了当今工薪族的热门话题。工薪族辞职热的范围之广,它涉及到文化、教育、医疗卫生等各行各业,牵涉到国家公务人员,企事业单位职工、机关干部,遍及全国各地。为什么这样多的工薪族丢掉昔日的铁饭碗,去冒风险呢?原因就在奇异的反差,寒了工薪族的心。报酬的反差寒了工程师的心。人们留传着这样一句顺口溜:“造原子弹的不如卖鸡蛋的。”意思就是造原子弹的科学家的报酬,不如市场卖鸡蛋生意人的报酬,形成脑力劳动与体力劳动报酬的反差。如华北某煤矿,一位工程师去年收入3000元,另而一位采煤工人的年收入达9000元。这样也难怪这个矿不尊重知识
