目的探讨天冬氨酰-β-羟化酶(AAH)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在正常早孕及稽留流产绒毛组织中的表达及意义。方法选取正常早期妊娠孕妇80例(对照组)、稽留流产孕妇120例(研究组),并按照胚胎在宫内停育时间将120例稽留流产组分为<2周组和≥2周组。分别用免疫组化法检测两组绒毛组织中AAH、HIF-1a、VEGF的表达。结果研究组AAH、HIF-1α和VEGF的阳性表达率分别为90.8%、87.5%和72.5%,对照组均阳性表达(P<0.05)。在<2周组AAH、HIF-1α和VEGF中阳性表达率分别为89.6%、85.4%和72.9%,≥2周组分别为91.7%、97.2%和72.2%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 AAH、HIF-1a、VEGF在稽留流产患者绒毛中表达明显低于正常早孕绒毛中的表达,其低表达可能是导致稽留流产的发生的重要因素。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of aspartyl-β-hydroxylase (AAH), hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in normal early pregnancy and missed abortion chorionic villi. Methods Eighty pregnant women (control group) and 120 aborted pregnant women (study group) were enrolled in the study. 120 cases of aborted abortion were divided into two weeks and two weeks according to the time of intrauterine insemination. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of AAH, HIF-1a and VEGF in both groups. Results The positive rates of AAH, HIF-1α and VEGF in the study group were 90.8%, 87.5% and 72.5%, respectively. The positive rates of AAH, HIF-1α and VEGF in the study group were all significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The positive expression rates of AAH, HIF-1α and VEGF in group <2 weeks were 89.6%, 85.4% and 72.9% respectively, and those in group 2 weeks were 91.7%, 97.2% and 72.2% respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups Significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion The expression of AAH, HIF-1a and VEGF in villus of missed abortion patients was significantly lower than that of normal early pregnancy villi. The low expression of AAH, HIF-1a and VEGF may be an important factor leading to abortion.
