病例:男,54岁。于入院前3个月发现右上眼睑外侧隆起,触之似有肿物。此后左上眼睑外侧区也同样隆起,经常流泪。无痛痒。在当地医院点消炎眼药,肌注青霉素、链霉素等治疗无效。近一个月肿物突出于睑裂外,并逐渐增大,以泪腺癌转入我院。体检:T36.8.P72,BP15/9.5kPa。皮肤、巩膜无黄染及出血点。颈部、颌下、腋下、腹股沟处均可触及数个黄豆大小及蚕豆大小淋巴结,可移动,无压痛。胸骨无压痛,心肺无异常。腹软,肝脾未触及。眼部检查:视力右4.5、左4.6,两侧上眼睑隆起.泪腺肿大,突出于睑裂外,质硬,右侧10×8×5mm,
