全军第六届心血管内科学术会议于1983年9月15～20日在杭州召开。会议收到论文485篇,其中大会报告42篇,分组交流125篇。现将交流的主要内容分专题综述如下。 一、冠心病 1.危险因素的调查与研究(1)吸烟:北京部队总医院分析1,257例急性心肌梗塞吸烟与发病的关系,认为吸烟对心血管系统的影响除了吸入大量的一氧化碳、使血内碳氧血红蛋白浓度增高可能损伤动脉璧外,诱发血管痉挛也很重要。(2)血脂:青岛第一疗
