首先简要介绍了网络的发展情况，以及H320和H．323两个视频会议系统标准。在此基础上，提出了基于ATM交换网络的视频会议系统框架，并依据其实现形式将其分为三类：基于ATM的ISDN视频会议系统、基于ATM的局域同视频会议系统和基于纯ATM的视频会议系统。
First, a brief introduction to the development of the network, as well as H320 and H. 323 two video conference system standards. Based on this, a video conference system framework based on ATM switching network is proposed and divided into three categories based on its realization: ISDN video conference system based on ATM, local area simultaneous video conference system based on ATM and pure ATM Video conferencing system.
