目的评价医院羚羊角胶囊使用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法采用回顾性分析方法,利用医院信息系统(HIS)功能,抽取2016年7～12月含羚羊角胶囊的门诊处方3 665张,分析其科室分布、临床诊断、用法用量等用药情况,重点评价前10位临床诊断和用法用量合理性。结果 3 665张处方中不合理处方196张(5.35%),主要为用法用量不适宜。结论羚羊角胶囊使用基本合理,但儿科使用缺乏相关循证医学依据,急需更多临床试验和高质量文献加以证实。
Objective To evaluate the use of antelopes capsules in hospitals to promote clinical rational use of drugs. Methods A retrospective analysis method was used to analyze 3 665 outpatient prescriptions with antelopes capsules from July to December in 2016 using the hospital information system (HIS) function. The distribution, clinical diagnosis, Top 10 clinical diagnosis and usage rationality. Results 3 665 prescriptions unreasonable prescription 196 (5.35%), mainly for usage dosage inappropriate. Conclusion Antelope horn capsule is reasonable to use, but pediatric use is lack of relevant evidence-based medicine. More clinical trials and high-quality literature are urgently needed.
