本文立基于当代高职高专学生职业道德素质现状,结合高职高专学生学习和发展的实践,从三个方面来探讨,通过调查问卷,发现目前高职院校中学生职业道德现状及存在的问题;接着全面地分析了导致当前职业道德教育效果不理想的主要原因;最后为了解决该问题,提出必须充分利用微信、易班、微博等网络平台,扩大职业道德教育覆盖面;充分利用各类心理测评工具,做到人职匹配提高职业道德教育针对性;开创学生多多参与职业模拟等社会拓展训练,扩大职业道德教育的实践操作性。
Based on the status quo of professional ethics of contemporary students in higher vocational colleges, this article discusses the present situation of vocational ethics of students in higher vocational colleges through the questionnaire based on the practice of students’ learning and development in higher vocational colleges. Then, a comprehensive analysis of the main reasons leading to the unsatisfactory effect of current professional ethics education is given. Finally, in order to solve the problem, we must make full use of the online platforms such as WeChat, Easy Classes and Weibo to expand the coverage of professional ethics education. Psychological evaluation tools to achieve the matching of professional and vocational education to improve the relevance of professional ethics; create a lot of students involved in career simulation and other social development training to expand the practice of professional ethics education.
