目前在学生的英语水平考核中,无论是中考,高考,还是大学英语四、六级考试,阅读理解题型在总分中占的比例都高达40%,成为分值比例最大的一题,另外完形填空、翻译,短文改错等题型也是在阅读理解的基础上融入了语言点的考查。据调查大部分大学生在英语水平考核中得不到高分,就是由于阅读理解题的大量失分。因此,学生英语阅读能力的提高将成为提高学生英语水平的关键。那么如何提高学生的英语阅读能力呢?我认为应该培养学生英语阅读的兴趣,授予学生英语阅读方法,给学生更多的思维和想象空间去理解文章,不断增强学生英语阅读的推理能力和思维能力,在英语阅读实践中,逐步发展学生实际运用语言的能力。
