探讨bFGF基因表达与人脑胶质瘤间质血管增生的关系。方法:采用原住杂交法检测57例胶质瘤组织的bFGFmRNA表达水平并定量分析其所含毛细血管。结果:各级胶质瘤bFGFmRNA表达均阳性,随着胶质瘤级别的升高表达水平也升高。胶质瘤间质血管计数表明,胶质瘤Ⅲ、Ⅳ级高于正常脑组织和Ⅰ、Ⅱ级对目关分析表明人脑胶质瘤间质血管计数与bFGFmRNA表达水平及胶质瘤分级均呈正相关关系,结论:bFGF可能是促进胶质瘤间质血管过度增生的重要因子之一。
To investigate the relationship between bFGF gene expression and human glioma stromal angiogenesis. METHODS: The expression of bFGF mRNA in 57 glioma tissues was detected by the method of aboriginal hybridization and the capillary blood vessels were quantitatively analyzed. RESULTS: The expression of bFGF mRNA was positive in all grades of gliomas. The level of expression of gliomas increased as well. Gliomas stromal blood vessel counts showed that grades III and IV of gliomas were higher than normal brain tissue and grades I and II showed that the glioma mesangial blood vessel counts, bFGF mRNA expression levels, and glioma grades were all comparable. There was a positive correlation. Conclusion: bFGF may be one of the important factors that promote the hyperplasia of stromal angiogenesis in gliomas.
