本文用紫外分光光度法对9个厂家27个批号的阿斯匹林肠溶衣片和复方新诺明片进行了体外溶出度测定。经F 检验和t 检验表明,约有60%的阿斯匹林肠溶衣片和35%的复方新诺明片能达到有关标准。
In this paper, ultraviolet spectrophotometry of 9 manufacturers of 27 batches of aspirin enteric-coated tablets and cotrimoxazole tablets were measured in vitro dissolution. The F test and t test showed that about 60% of aspirin enteric-coated tablets and 35% of compound cotrimoxazole tablets to achieve the relevant standards.
