目的了解兖州市重点人群土源性线虫感染现状。方法在全市范围内选取3处乡镇、4所中小学校和公共场所等共14个调查点,采用改良加藤厚涂片(Kato-Katz)法和透明胶纸肛试法对人体土源性线虫感染情况进行调查。结果共调查9 537人,土源性线虫感染率为3.65%,以蛔虫感染为主。儿童蛲虫感染仍在较高水平,城区女性服务从业人员感染率显著高于男性。结论本次调查结果与1990年调查结果相比,感染率有大幅度下降,经济卫生状况的提高,环境的改善和饮食习惯的改变对土源性线虫感染有一定的影响。
Objective To understand the status of soil-borne nematodes infection in key population of Yanzhou City. Methods A total of 14 investigation points including 3 villages and towns, 4 primary and secondary schools and public places were selected in the whole city. Kato-Katz method and translucent adhesive tape anal test were used to detect human soil-borne nematodes Investigate the situation. Results A total of 9 537 people were surveyed, and the infection rate of soil-borne nematodes was 3.65%. The majority of infection was roundworm infection. The prevalence of pinworm infection in children is still at a high level, and the prevalence of female service practitioners in urban areas is significantly higher than that of men. Conclusion Compared with the survey results in 1990, the survey results showed that the infection rate dropped sharply. The improvement of economy and health, the improvement of environment and the change of eating habit have certain influence on the infection of soil-borne nematodes.
