文章从河南省农村饮水安全工程运行管理现状着手,通过对其中存在问题的探索及分析,明确了建立农村饮水安全运行管理长效机制的重要性和必要性,并提出了宏观上的解决对策。农村饮水安全工程是改善农民生活,提高农民健康水平,解决农民生活生产用水,加快农村稳步脱贫和经济发展的社会公益性基础配套设施工程。
This paper starts with the status quo of operation and management of rural drinking water safety project in Henan Province. Through the exploration and analysis of the existing problems, the article clarifies the importance and necessity of establishing a long-term mechanism of rural drinking water safety management and puts forward macroscopic solutions. Rural drinking water safety project is to improve peasant life, improve peasant health, solve peasant life water for production, accelerate rural poverty out of poverty and economic development of social welfare infrastructure projects.
