设计一种自体板层巩膜置换并结膜移植术,治疗17例复发性胬肉,仅2例复发(11.11%)。本法能重建新的角膜缘后缘,以防再发。

A self-lamellar scleral replacement and conjunctival transplantation was designed to treat 17 cases of recurrent pterygium, with only 2 recurrences (11.11%). This law can rebuild the new limbal edge to prevent recurrence.
