目的:对软组织水平种植体与骨组织水平种植体用于前牙种植修复的美学效果进行临床比较分析,探讨两种种植体对于前牙美学效果的影响。方法:浙江大学医学院附属口腔医院前牙缺失选择种植修复且修复完成1年以上的患者86例,其中软组织水平种植体种植修复的患者46例,种植体数目62颗,骨组织水平种植体种植修复的患者40例,种植体数目53颗;患者最终完成修复1年后,进行口腔内数码拍照(照片1:1放大比率),取研究模型,拍摄X片,并进行牙周检测及问卷调查,计算两组的粉红色审美得分及白色审美得分。并对上述结果进行统计学分析。结果:软组织水平种植体与骨组织水平种植体用于前牙种植修复均可获得良好的美学效果,其中骨组织水平种植体组牙周情况及粉红色审美得分略优于软组织水平种植体组,但无统计学意义。结论:软组织水平种植体与骨组织水平种植体均可用于前牙的种植美学修复。但对于前牙区种植修复,骨组织水平种植体似乎较软组织水平种植体更易获得良好的牙周状况及美学效果。
OBJECTIVE: To compare and analyze the aesthetic effects of horizontal implants and bone horizontal implants for implant restoration of anterior teeth, and to explore the effect of the two implants on the aesthetic effect of anterior teeth. Methods: 86 cases of anterior teeth missing from dental hospital affiliated to Medical College of Zhejiang University were implanted and repaired more than one year. Among them, 46 cases were implanted with soft tissue horizontal implants, 62 implants, Forty patients were repaired and the number of implants was 53. One year after the patient was finally repaired, digital photographs were taken in the mouth (1: 1 enlargement ratio of the photographs), the study model was taken, X-ray was taken and periodontal examination and questionnaire investigation , Calculated two groups of pink aesthetic score and white aesthetic score. And statistical analysis of the above results. RESULTS: Soft tissue horizontal implants and bone tissue horizontal implants were able to obtain good aesthetics results in implant restoration of anterior teeth. Periodontal status and pink aesthetic score of horizontal implant group were slightly better than that of soft tissue horizontal implants group, But not statistically significant. Conclusion: Soft tissue horizontal implants and horizontal bone implants can all be used for implant aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth. However, for implant restoration in anterior teeth, horizontal bone implants seem to be more accessible to the periodontal conditions and aesthetic effects than soft tissue horizontal implants.
