党的第十五届五中全会胜利闭幕,全会审议并通过了《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十个五年计划的建议》。《建议》站在历史的新高度,放眼世界规划中国的发展,提出经济和社会发展目标、战略布局、重点任务,描绘了我国在新世纪第一个五年经济和社会发展的壮丽蓝图,反映了全党的意志和全国人民的心愿,是指导我们在新世纪伟大进军的行动纲领。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee won the victory. The plenary session reviewed and passed the “Proposal of the CPC Central Committee on Formulating the Tenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development.” The “Proposal” stands at a new height in history and looks to the world to plan the development of China.
