优质的课堂教学总是给我们这样的启示:一是决定课堂进程的,并不是教师的教学设计,而是学生的学习进程;二是判断课堂教学成功还是失败的标准,并不是教师能力如何和表现如何,而是教师教学对学生学习的引导和帮助有多大。从上海市朱家角小学一组文章中,我们看到该校致力于打造有效课堂,在不断探索中有诸多发现:不是课堂变得更加花枝招展,而是如何让自己的课堂变得简捷而又有力,从而更易于被学生群体理解和接受;更加关注学生的学习能力,关注学生的进步和发展是否通过合规律、有效果、有效率、有魅力的教学而获得……
