北京农业大学冯福祯从(锦71-22×洛赛亚)×冀棉1号中发现了一个有芽黄指示性状标记的陆地棉(G.hirsutum L.)81A核雄性不育系。从1987年起,本校和北京农业大学教学实验场合作,将这一材料分别在海南岛和南京两地进行遗传鉴定,结果如下。 81A不育株(芽黄)与陆地棉的遗传标准系TM-1杂交的F_1在海南岛、南京都表现为正常的绿苗和可育,F_2的507株棉株中,391株表现绿苗和可育,116株表现芽黄、不育。这一结果表明81A不育系中的芽黄性状和雄性不育性状都是由一对隐性基因控制的(n=507,Xc~2=1.1052,P=0.25—0.50)。由于在F_2中未能鉴别出绿苗、不育,芽黄、可育两种重组类型,
