随着我国经济的发展,企业对于日语人才的需求量越来越大。然而以往的综合日语教学中存在着很多问题。例如,课堂上师生互动较差、学生跨文化交流与学习能力得不到很好的锻炼等。目前企业需要的人才是高层次的技能型人才,很明显这种教学模式已经不适应今天社会的发展需求。因此积极推进综合日语教学模式的改革是十分必要且迫切的。
With the economic development in our country, the demand for Japanese language talents in enterprises is getting bigger and bigger. However, there are many problems in the past comprehensive Japanese teaching. For example, poor interaction between teachers and students in class, cross-cultural exchange of students and learning skills are not well trained. At present, the talents needed by enterprises are high-level skilled personnel. Obviously, this teaching model has not adapted to the development needs of today’s society. Therefore, it is very necessary and urgent to actively promote the reform of the comprehensive Japanese teaching model.
