当前,我国已经逐步建成全面小康社会。作为实现全面小康的软肋,广大农村地区特别是贫困的西北农村地区急需采取新的模式来精准脱贫。“精准扶贫”重在精准,随着“互联网+”的发展,电子商务在农村贸易市场所占比例逐渐增长,因此“电子商务”与“精准扶贫”变成了分不开的并蒂莲。近年来,西部丝绸之路沿线农村地区通过自发的实践与摸索,已逐步呈现出电商扶贫的大致轮廓,并被成功验证为精准扶贫的新的有效模式。

As a weak link to realizing an all-round well-to-do society, the vast rural areas, especially the poor northwestern rural areas, urgently need to adopt a new model to precisely eliminate poverty. With the development of “Internet + ”, the proportion of e-commerce in the rural trade market has gradually increased, so that “e-commerce” and “precise poverty alleviation” have become Tiedillah can not be separated. In recent years, the rural areas along the Silk Road in the western part of China have gradually shown the general outline of the e-commerce poverty alleviation through spontaneous practice and exploration, and have been successfully validated as a new and effective model of precision poverty alleviation.
