本文研究了预应变NiTi形状记忆合金丝输出应力与应变及其关系。结果表明,预应变NiTi记忆合金丝输出应力与应变是非线性关系。输出应力由相变输出应力和弹性输出应力组成,相变输出应力随温度升高而升高,而与预应变几乎无关,相变输出开始和终止应力与温度为线性关系;输出应变由相变输出应变和弹性输出应变组成,相变输出应变随预应变增加而增加,随温度升高而减少,输出功是预应变和温度的函数。
In this paper, the output stress and strain of pre-strained NiTi shape memory alloy wire and its relationship were studied. The results show that the prestressed NiTi memory alloy wire output stress and strain is nonlinear. The output stress consists of the phase transition output stress and the elastic output stress. The phase transition output stress increases with increasing temperature, but has little relation with the pre-strain. The initial and final stress of the phase transition output is linear with the temperature. The output strain changes from phase transition Output strain and elastic output strain composition, phase transition output strain increases with the pre-strain increases, decreases with increasing temperature, the output work is a function of pre-strain and temperature.
