本实验在发酵工艺中,应用了细胞固定化技术生产杆菌肽,比较了五种细胞固定化方法,结果表明用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶包埋细胞的方法生产杆菌肽效果较好。采用固定化细胞批式反应生产杆菌肽,批反应时间28小时,固定化细胞连续使用6批,平均批反应生物效价132u/ml,单批最高生物效价为263u/ml。
In the present experiment, Bacillus subtilis was produced by cell immobilization technology in the fermentation process. Five methods of cell immobilization were compared. The results showed that Bacillus subtilisin was more effective in encapsulating cells with polyacrylamide gel. Bacillus subtilisin was produced by batch reaction with immobilized cells. The reaction time was 28 hours. Six batches of immobilized cells were continuously used. The average titer of biological reaction was 132u / ml. The highest titer of single batch was 263u / ml.
