本文通过比较大掺量矿物掺合料(粉煤灰、高钙粉煤灰、磨细矿渣和硅灰)高性能混凝土,来减小混凝土的早期塑性收缩开裂,提高耐久性。采用平板限制收缩开裂试验进行混凝土的抗裂性能比较,研究大掺量矿物掺合料高性能混凝土的各组成组分对其早期开裂性能的影响规律,结果表明优质高钙粉煤灰的掺入可显著抑制混凝土的早期塑性收缩开裂。
In this paper, high-performance concrete with high content of mineral admixtures (fly ash, high calcium fly ash, fine slag and silica fume) is compared to reduce the early plastic shrinkage cracking and improve the durability of concrete. Comparing the crack resistance of concrete with flat-plate shrinkage-cracking test, the influence of various components of high-content concrete with high content of mineral admixtures on its early cracking performance was studied. The results showed that the incorporation of high-quality high-calcium fly ash Can significantly inhibit the early plastic shrinkage cracking of concrete.
