工业是我国经济发展的重要支柱,而集团企业是企业中相对规模较大的,其财务预算管理可以说是其生存发展的生命线。但调查发现,当前工业集团企业无论是国有还是私有,在财务预算管理方面都存在着一些问题急需解决。研究适合我国工业集团企业财务预算管理的切实可行的方案是十分重要的。
Industry is an important pillar of economic development in our country. However, the group enterprises are relatively large in the enterprise. Its financial budget management can be regarded as the lifeline of its survival and development. However, the survey found that the current industrial group enterprises, whether state-owned or private, have some problems to be solved urgently in the aspect of financial budget management. It is very important to study the feasible scheme that suits the financial budget management of the industrial group in our country.
