各市、县、自治县人民政府,省政府直属有关单位,洋浦经济开发区管理局:为了调动各市、县营造浆纸林的积极性,保证海南金海浆纸项目原材料供应,带动全省各市、县经济发展,加快洋浦经济开发区(以下简称洋浦)的开发建设,决定对海南金海浆纸业有限公司(以下简称金海公司)浆纸项目投产5年后浆纸生产及配套经营活动缴纳的各项税收在洋浦和各有关市、县间进行分配。现将有关事项通知如下:一、税收收入的划分金海公司生产经营缴纳的增值税地方分享25%部分和企业所得税地方分享部分纳入洋浦与各市、县共享
